Israel for the Year - The Ultimate Yeshiva Boy's Packing List

We're part of a great Facebook group of Israel GAP year parents. A parent posted a really useful hand written packing list for her son spending a year in Yeshiva in Israel. What followed was a long discussion thread among other experienced GAP year parents. This resourceful parent then combined all the comments and wrote out a new list. We thought the list was so great, that we're posting it here for you to use and share.

Bear in mind of course, that this is just an example and depending on where you are going and for how long, the list may differ greatly. Also note that there are some items on the list that people prefer to buy in Israel and we've pointed out these categories where relevant.

Check out our seminary girl's packing list here.
