What can I expect in my personal camp shopping virtual appointment?

During your Zoom appointment, you’ll take a guided virtual shopping trip with one of our expert camp shoppers. We’ll start with a few questions to understand your camper’s needs, then shop together for the best items and styles. You’ll review your order with your shopper and finalize your purchase at the end.

Is there a fee for the virtual shopping appointment?

Yes - a $35 shopping credit is required to reserve your appointment. This credit is applied to your order after your session, so it’s essentially a credit toward your camper’s must-have items.

How long will my appointment last?

Most appointments are 30–40 minutes, depending on your needs and the number of campers you’re shopping for.

Can I shop for multiple campers in one appointment?

Absolutely! Just let us know at the start of the appointment so we can tailor the experience accordingly.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Book your time via our Calendly calendar. After selecting a slot, you’ll be directed to complete your $35 shopping credit payment. Your appointment will then be scheduled as a Zoom call, and you’ll receive an email with all the details, plus reminders before your session.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please have your camp packing list ready. It may also be helpful to have your camper available during the call.

What if I need to make changes to my order after placing it?

If you need to modify your order after checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at info@packforcamp.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What if the available appointment dates/times don’t work for me?

Please reach out to us with a few dates and times that work for you. We’ll do our best to schedule a time that fits your availability.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Your appointment confirmation email will include an option to cancel. To reschedule, simply return to the Calendly calendar and select a new time. Any paid shopping credit will remain valid for your rescheduled appointment. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us.
