Shipping

We ship to any address in the United States and Canada.

We offer FREE standard US shipping (48 contiguous states) on orders of $99 or more.

$10.95 flat rate in the US for orders under $99.

Shipping charges to HI, AL, US territories and APO/FPO are calculated directly by shipping carrier.

Shipping to Canada - $19.95 flat rate for packages that weigh less than 12 lb. (We do not ship packages weighing 12 lb and over to Canada.)

Any duties or import taxes that may be incurred on orders shipping into Canada are not included here, and are the responsibility of the receiving party.

We offer 3-day expedited shipping options for an additional fee if the order is in the United States. 

If you order before 2 pm EST on a business day and choose expedited shipping, we will ship your order out that same day.

Our rates for expedited shipping depend on your order weight and destination, and are calculated at checkout.

Please note we only deliver on business days. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Also, we cannot expedite orders to P.O. box addresses.

For US orders, delivery generally takes between 3 and 10 business days.

For Canadian orders, delivery generally takes between 5 and 15 business days.

Printed items and logowear may take an additional 2-5 business days for production.

Products in the Israel Collection ship exclusively to Israel.

FREE standard shipping on all Israel orders over $99 (up to 10 business days).

$10.95 flat rate for orders under $99. Shipping may be charged separately after order has been processed.

We generally process your order within 48 hours of receipt. This can be delayed on weekends and holidays, or by other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate (e.g. underwear), health and personal care items (e.g. toiletries), items that have been printed on (e.g. Camp logo wear) and Hanes and Champion brand items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Damaged items may be returned at the company's expense, at our discretion.
