Where can I ship to?

    We ship to any address in the United States and Canada. 

    You can also choose to ship directly to camp. To send to camp, simply enter the camp's address in the shipping information. Before shipping something to camp, please check your camp's package policy to make sure they accept packages.

    How much does shipping cost?

    We offer FREE standard US shipping (48 contiguous states) on orders of $150 or more.

    $11.95 flat rate in the US for orders under $150.

    $4.95 flat rate in the US for orders of labels, decals or 1 logowear t-shirt only.

    $8.95 flat rate in the US for orders of 2 logowear t-shirts only or 1 logowear sweatshirt only.

    Shipping charges to HI, AL, US territories and APO/FPO are calculated directly by shipping carrier.

    Shipping to Canada -

    $14.95 flat rate for orders of labels only, up to 3 logowear t-shirts only or 1 logowear sweatshirt and 1 t-shirt.

    $29.95 flat rate for packages that weigh less than 12 lb. (We do not ship packages weighing 12 lb and over to Canada.). 

    Any duties or import taxes that may be incurred on orders shipping into Canada are not included here, and are the responsibility of the receiving party.

    How long does shipping take?

    We generally process your order within 24 hours of receipt. This can be delayed on weekends and holidays, or by other unforeseen circumstances. 

    For most items, standard shipping generally takes up to 3 days to the following states: NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, NH, ME, RI, VT, MD, DE, NC, SC, GA, OH, DC.

    To the remaining Continental States, standard shipping generally takes up to 10 days .

    Labels may take up to an additional 7 days for production: Labels, Embroidered Trunks and Bags, Embroidered Bathrobes.

    Embroidered Trunks, Bags and Bathrobes may take up to an additional 2 weeks for production

    Customized logowear may take up to an additional 10 days for production.

    Delivery to Canada generally takes between 5 and 15 business days.

    Please note we only deliver on business days. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

    Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

    We offer 2-day expedited shipping options for an additional fee. 

    If you order before 12 pm EST on a business day and choose expedited shipping, we will ship your order out that same day.

    Our rates for expedited shipping depend on your order weight and destination, and are calculated at checkout.

    We cannot expedite orders to P.O. box addresses. 


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate (e.g. underwear), health and personal care items (e.g. toiletries) and items that have been personalized (e.g. Camp logo wear, labels, embroidered trunks and bags).

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Damaged items may be returned at the company's expense, at our discretion.
