Making Changes to Your Camp Swag Store

Refreshing your swag store is simple! Here’s a simple guide that explains how to send us everything we need to update your store with new designs and products.

1. Send Us Your Designs 🎨

If you are adding new designs, please send us the artwork files in one of the following formats:

  • Preferred: Original design files (.ai, .psd, or .eps).
  • Acceptable: High-resolution .png files with a minimum width of 3000 pixels (for print quality).
  • Important: The background of the logo must be transparent.

2. Choose Products from Our Catalog 👕

Browse our Logowear Catalog and let us know which items you’d like to add to your store.

  • The prices shown are the final price to the customer.
  • Each item notes whether youth sizes are available.

Please send us a spreadsheet that includes:

  • The items you’d like to add
  • Which design goes on which item
  • Logo placement and size (front center large, front right pocket, back, sleeve, etc.)
  • The garment colors you want available

3. Adding Embroidered Items 🧵

If you’d like to add embroidered products, please keep designs simple and bold for best results:

  • Avoid small, detailed elements.
  • Minimum shape thickness: 0.05"
  • Maximum shape thickness: 0.5"

4. Special Requests ✨

If there are items you want to add but don’t see in the catalog, just ask! We may be able to add them especially for you.

Next Steps 🚀

After we receive your designs and spreadsheet,

  1. We create a draft of your new and/or updated products.
  2. We send the draft to you for review and continued refinement until it meets your expectations and is ready to go live.
